Rhythm at Camp Creek

Only giving 1 start because that’s the only way you can leave a review. I’ve lived in this community for less than a month & sad to say wish I wouldn’t have chosen this community. During the application process everyone is so friendly & helpful but once you are in they don’t care anything about the tenants only the money. To start I was shown a unit & I applied only later to find out it wasn’t the unit I would get because the wrong price was quoted & I wasn’t willing to pay that amount. Currently the temperature is 40 degrees & my heat doesn’t work I’ve gone to the office several times they have sent a member of maintenance out but they have failed to fix it. They will tell the office they came out but never show up. I have cameras inside & outside of my unit (it’s not the safest area) so

When I walked in Brandon greeted me with great acknowledgement to Gardens at CampCreek. He was very professional asked me what I'm looking for we did a walk through. I must admit I didn't expect the kitchen to catch my attention with the stainless steel appliances. The property outside was clean and I like all the upscale within the apartment to the outside grounds.

This whole property needs to be redone, they need new staff in the leasing office and it seems like the only person that actually cares about the property is the maintenance worker Ty. The leasing office will sell the property to you real good to get you to move in. What they don’t tell you is that they could care less about their tenants, the property or federal property (mailboxes) They don’t tell you there’s no cameras around the property, and no security. They don’t tell you good luck finding parking if you work late at night and don’t get home until early in morning cause there’s no assigned parking for each apartment and someone can have multiple vehicles taking up all the spots, leaving you to have to walk far just to get home. Ms. Kay is lovely and I like my unit a lot. The “elements” outside the apartment are not the greatest, but it has potential. I can tell they’re trying to clean it up and make improvements.

The maintenance men were very attentive. They came by and looked at everything and gave me a great tutorial of electric air and heat units. Always had a gas unit so the tutorial really helped. Then someone from maintenance came to confirm that the work was done. Great job
