Now that ive been moved put for over 2 years I can finally feel safe to say something. this is the WORST and most EXPENSIVE place I've ever lived. The land lords here will be nice to get you to sign and then spend a year either ignoring you or threaten you to do things they want you to do (or they will charge you). They will also never let you move out early even if youre willing to help them find someone else. They only care about getting money from you. There were people late on rent for several months and they take that out on other residents because they know we cant do anything because we need a place to stay. Thought this would be a great company to rent from but that’s totally not the case . Terry told me this is her favorite unit 🤮. Gave them $2175 . I was charged a high deposit but unit had mice in it and holes where mice was coming from behind cabinets and stove . Also the unit bathroom tile was missing grout and fell off the wall took them a month to fix which was patched with different color tiles . Unit blinds dirty , stove was old . And terry seem nice at the beginning but can get rude and nasty after you sign lease . If you one or two days late on rent they will evicted you just fyi . They are a very money hungry property management company . Mind you I only been here 2 months . Will not recommend this company . $1450 trash

I have been renting through Rhyne for about 3 years now. My experience has been nothing but good. They repair problems quickly. They respond to any message promptly. And when I was ready to move into a new unit with this same management, it was a seamless transition. I want to give a special thanks to Terry For all her help!

I recently attended a townhouse viewing in Morrisville with Talina from Rhyne Management, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From the outset, she exhibited a dismissive attitude, reacting to my questions as if they were trivial. Her lack of interest in showcasing the property was evident. Talina simply unlocked the door and stood in one place while we toured the house on our own. She didn't engage with us or inquire if we had any questions. When I noticed the house was not properly cleaned, I asked if it would be thoroughly cleaned before moving in. Her response was that only basic cleaning would be done and suggested that our definition of clean might differ. She even recommended hiring someone if we wanted a more thorough cleaning. If you have taken the time to read the other reviews and have still decided to rent from Rhyne, then you my darling are the foolish and naïve one. You've heard the saying, "when people show you who they are believe them"? You should believe the 2.9 rating that Rhyne has earned. After dealing with Debora and the M.I.A. Terry for 2 weeks and just getting the run around, I decided to look at the reviews. The overwhelmingly negative reviews confirmed my deep suspicions that this place is a net and fish operation. They take in many applications ($100 per person) with the full knowledge and deceitful intentions of not renting to you even before taking the application.
