RGR Property Management

Our Board of Trustees and community are grateful for RGR Property Management's initiative, guidance, and timely communication. Our property manager Mitch is fully engaged and has been a pleasure to work with through day to day matters as well as long term initiatives. Mitch always helps the board understand if we have questions or need advice to move forward with a decision. Mitch is a total “rockstar” as he never fails to get things done in a timely manner with very good communication. The RGR team is also great to work with when it comes to administrative support, the accounting and financials team is highly detailed oriented, and just an overall welcoming approach.

Having a good management company is essential to a successful HOA and RGR is a very good management company. More importantly, having a great property manager is much more important. The Property Manager of Seaside at Scituate, Liberty Schaaf, is just the kind of manager that a HOA requires. She is professional, responsive, available, and extremely competent. She is the main reason that RGR gets 5 stars.

The list is endless for me. Just will say that Rgr can’t be trusted. All these smiles are crazy to me and these great reviews are shocking to me as well. My list of problems in this house is literally still ongoing as I type this message. Today is the blizzard and I still can’t flush my toilet. My oven went out and they didn’t even show to fix that or even shovel the steps or sidewalk. Idk about anyone else but check ur rent memos. Cuz they also credit accounts without knowledge. Just an fyi.. They literally ignore more of my house problems than a little bit. They good for asking for the rent and sending out 14 day notices though . I wish people could tell the truth about my situation. Been here almost seven years and They are not what all the reviews are raving about. Honestly!!! Question

Claudia Napolitano is a fabulous member of the RGR team. I am an owner of a River House condo that I rent, and I have found Claudia to be very responsive and helpful. Whenever I need her for some information or assistance, she is genuinely very happy to provide whatever support that she can. She is always very friendly and courteous, and she also has a very cool sense of humor

Claudia Napolitano is the RGR Property Manager at The River House, 145 Pinckney St, Beacon Hill. Claudia is onsite every day, managing 220+ units. Claudia is an exceptional manager, effectively leading her team of concierge, maintenance and housekeeping staff, in addition to liaising with outside contractors. Claudia takes care of the building in a thorough and detailed manner. Additionally, and importantly, Claudia makes it a point to know every owner, resident and tenant in the building. Claudia makes sure The River House is a place where everyone feels welcome, seen and taken care of, every day.
