This building is awful. Poorly maintained in every regard. Bathrooms are not taken care of. Soap dispensers are left empty for days and several toilets have been left broken for months. There is mold in the staircases, fire alarms go off randomly, and the air conditioning is a joke! Pretty much any time the temperature is changed, some rooms will be 80 degrees and others will be 60. The entire HVAC system needs to be redone but instead the first floor is being remodeled because apparently appearances matter more than maintenance.
