Jonathan was very professional. He came out immediately to inspect the property I was purchasing and he quickly completed the report. Also 3 months after my purchase I had a new roof installed and needed a new wind mitigation report for my homeowners insurance. Not only did he come out immediately to make a new report he kindly did not charge me extra for his services. I highly recommend using Jonathan.

Jonathan was my life saver! He was very personable, prompt and very attentive to details of my new home. I hired him to inspect our new home even though the "builder' would being doing their own. I'm so glad I did as he found and pointed out things they missed! He even used his drone to find a couple cracked tiles on my new roof. Something the builders didn’t do. He was realistic in explaining that not everything will be perfect as I would like it to be, but to stay focused on the main issues. He really did calm my nerves on some things. He was very quick on getting me back the report the same day, as my walk thru was the next day. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again for any future inspections. A+++++
