Reynolds Place Apartments

I've only had good experiences at Reynolds Place Apartments. I recently helped my daughter move into her first apartment and the maintenance man was onsite and saw us struggling to get her couch upstairs. He immediately came up to us and offered to help bring the couch upstairs. I was certainly impressed and amazed. 10/10 experience!

I am a college student and this is the best housing that I have ever lived in when it comes to the college life style. As of the year 2024, Reynolds Place Apartments is second to none, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 2 bed/bath or a 3 bed/bath. It is very clean when compared to other places, The rent is very reasonable, maintenance is very quick to handle issues when they arise, the apartments look very good on the inside and the outside, it is in a good location when compared to other parts of Greensboro, Terminix comes out to spray once a month so there are no issues with bugs, and it is located within a reasonable distance from stores like Walmart, Target, and Food Lion. My child & roommates just moved in this week. Management was great to work with - very communicative, quick reply to emails. Thanks to Kaiya for answering all of my "nervous mom" questions! The apartment itself was clean, bright, roomy, and nicely laid out. New carpet & fresh paint! It has a few bumps and scratches but that's to be expected. Glad they found this place!

This apartment complex is not worth the money. They charge like they are luxury or close to luxury apartments, but they are far from that. Our dryer stopped working at the apartment and they did nothing. The maintenance just lies to you and says they will fix things but don't. Our A/C went out and the maintenance man was dragging his feet to bring us a portable A/C and they didn't actually fix the A/C problem till it was time for us to move out. They don't even have an office so when you do have problems there's no one you can go to. You just have to call the number and only one of the extensions work, so you just have to keep calling till you pick the right option to get help.

I had a great experience living here at Reynolds Place all throughout the 2021-2022 year. New management has put their best foot forward and Jordan was amazing to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone attending the local universities.
