Owners are insane. Walls are paper thin. Parking is atrocious. Pool unheated. Sweltering in the summer and no AC. Rather than have their property manager do her supposed job they have an attorney send threatening letters to the residents at little to no provocation. Ive never had as many problems living somewhere as I did there. Lasted 6 months before I ran screaming away. Luckily they allowed me to break the lease without penalty (presumably because they were happy to be able to charge even higher rent for my tiny apartment) I would stay far far away if I was a prospective tenant.
Nice place.
