Despite of all the issues I have with this community. There some positive things I will say the community is well kept, maintenance does a fast and great job and is very responsive too. The community staff is always cleaning and cutting the grass and make sure the place is in good shape. I will recommend it, but if you have kids make sure you get the 1st floor or maybe an apartment on top of a garage to avoid problem with your neighbors regarding noise. I’m very thankful to David the leasing office manager who did everything to help me from the moment I got in and the moment I left the property, I appreciate his efforts and how professional he is. He was very polite and professional the entire time. Anyways the place is good and well located, very close to the train station and the mall.

What truly sets The Retreat at Park Meadows Apartments apart is the level of leadership and care behind the scenes. Management plays a huge role in how a community feels, and that difference is noticeable here. Dayna Miller brings consistency, organization, and genuine accountability to her role. Communication is clear, concerns are handled efficiently, and the overall experience reflects strong management. It’s refreshing to live in a community where professionalism and respect for residents are clearly a priority. This is a place that is well run, thoughtfully managed, and deserving of five stars.

David was extremely helpful and professional throughout our entire apartment search. He works at a leading company and made the process smooth, clear, and stress-free from start to finish. Thanks to his knowledge and dedication, we were able to secure a great apartment at Retreat at Park Meadows. Dayna is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that any concerns are handled quickly and respectfully. Her positive attitude and dedication truly make this community feel welcoming and well-managed. I’m very happy living here and appreciate all the hard work Dayna puts into making this a great place to call home.

As a Yelp Elite & top 10% business reviewer for Google Local Guides, I am well known for my honest, albeit sometimes brutal, reviews. With over 5 million views on them, I'm obviously doing something correct. So let me say this property is NOT AT ALL worth the rent. We lived there 2 years only because I couldn't find what we needed in time to get out after the 1st year. Then they upped our rent $160 after being quiet, clean renters who always paid rent on the 1st day of the month. We had issues since the 2nd week. Continous maintenance issues. The dryer, the heater (almost burned our apt down), dishwasher, bad plumbing. And it had taken them weeks to even respond. Now after the 1st year and multiple complaints they tried to
