I moved into a rental managed by this company expecting a clean, move-in ready home. Instead, I walked into a filthy, spider-infested condo with multiple broken items and maintenance issues. I had to spend over 6 hours deep cleaning before I could even unpack, and I had to replace the broken toilet seat myself and pay to have additional keys made after only being given one. Even after reporting everything immediately — broken shower door handle, inoperable blinds, stained and missing moulding, water damage under the sink, damaged cabinetry, discolored mirror, non-closing bathroom door, broken sink stopper, gate code not working — most issues still remain unresolved. It has now been weeks with no communication or follow-through. This company does not deliver on what they promise and fails

My experience with this property management company was extremely disappointing. They terminated my brother’s lease over the presence of an emotional support animal that was not his and was only at the property for one day. There were no damages, no ongoing violation, and no permanent residency of the animal. Despite this, they chose to proceed with lease termination instead of engaging in reasonable communication or reviewing the facts carefully. Their handling of this situation reflects a concerning lack of professionalism, fairness, and sound judgment. Housing decisions significantly impact people’s stability, and such matters should be approached with responsibility and balanced consideration. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Adam and the team at Resys are very knowledgeable and highly proactive communicators who make their clients' lives easier. They are always responsive, on-time, and they understand the urgency of working with renter-occupied properties. Resys Property Management Company has been the worst property management company we have serviced. My company S&R Plumbing provided services to a home resys manages on November 10th 2025 and still no payment as of today December 30th 2025. We were told payments are payed at the end of every month and we could expect payment by the end of December 2025. Been ignored, had to send three payment demand letters. Finally today I get an email with excuses of mix up in payment and will take an additional two weeks or more for payment to arrive. Resys claims 30 years of being in business which means 30 years of experience and they cannot make a simple payment, we are very disappointed. Pretty poor management at this company. They charged $1,816 to fill holes after my move-out. I had already patched the holes myself (from mounting TVs), which I understand may still require touch-ups—but this charge is ridiculous. I even used proper patching compound and have proof of the repairs. I’m not going to fight it or go through a long complaint process over this amount, but I’m leaving this review so others are aware of the type of property management they are dealing with. Be prepared for them to keep most of your security deposit. If you can’t afford that risk, I would not recommend renting with them. They also charged $80 to replace four light bulbs, which is unreasonable. I don’t know in what world replacing four light bulbs costs $80.
