Ressie is a wonder to work with. As a first time landlord, she made the process simple and manageable for me. She was extremely professional and assisted with everything from making sure I filed the appropriate paperwork and staging my property all the way to the final walkthrough. I was understandably nervous but Ressie is so kind and thoughtful that she eased my anxiety. She is patient and always willing to take a call and answer a question. DC is complicated market but she was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to do. When it is time to rent again, I will absolutely call Ressie. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for rent but particularly first timers.
