Denise D'Amico of Residential Properties is an excellent Realtor. She is very knowledgeable about properties in the area and has an innate sense about pricing properties and what they are worth. She helped my sister buy her first home, sell it 18 months later and then buy a larger home, when her family expanded. She was always patient with her and showed us more houses than I can recall before my sister found the right house for her and her family. Denise was straightforward and informational with her recommendations about different homes and she helped guide my sister prioritize her options. I knew that she would never push my sister to settle for a home that wasn't right for her. I will never use another Realtor again, and I recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to buy in RI.

Unfortunately, our experience was not as pleasant as the other reviews, so I thought a bit of perspective might be good. We used Residential Properties to purchase our Warwick home and while the process went fairly well compared to others (we've moved several times do to work), the inspector that they recommended did a less than thorough job and it ended up costing us $70,000 in foundation work. Residential was of no assistance in our effort to recoup this cost from their inspector. A couple of years later, we were again moving and decide to list our house with Residential. An offer was made, but the offer had some unique handling of the buyer's agent's commission, so we discussed the offer with our Residential agent, she explained that the language would not have any impact on our proceed
