I’ve bought several homes in the past. The experience of this home purchase was by far the best service I’ve ever received. Kristin is friendly, professional, and doesn’t make mistakes. She coordinates all process of the home buy and is exceptional at getting everything done correctly. As I told her, I wish all involved in my home purchase were an identical clone of her, as no problems, surprises, errors would ever occur. I highly recommend her and will never use anyone else but her again.

This was my second time working with Residential Mortgage Services and much like the first, it was a pleasant experience. I worked directly with Kristin Richmond and she was absolutely wonderful.
