Residences at West Place Apartments

I really do not like to leave bad reviews but I owe it to anyone looking for a place to live. My brother drove past this apartment complex and went in to check it out for me as I was living in NY. He was greeted by Ashley and taken into a renovated apartment. It looked nice my brother walked it in person and I saw it via video chat. She told us everything was being renovated and there was been huge improvements with the community. When it was time to move in, I met with Ashley in person. She told me she walked the apartment and everything was ready. I go upstairs to the apartment and was instantly greeted by roaches. Ashley was absolutely amazing! She helped me through every step of the leasing process and made everything so easy and smooth. She was patient, kind, and always quick to respond to all my questions. Thanks to her, I was able to get my apartment without any stress. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and goes above and beyond, Ashley is the one! Highly recommend her!
