Residences at Victory Ridge

I’ll list the pros and cons. Pros: -Apartments are brand new -They gave us 3 months free rent on move in -Location is really convenient. Close to many nice shops. -Melanie was great. Cons: -If you are the handy kind and can do your own maintenance… this is the place for you. Our AC broke in the height of summer and the administration refused to send anyone to fix it. After trying over and over to get a hold of someone, they simply refused to send someone to our unit as it was after 6pm (it was 6:15pm). I had to figure out how to fix it myself as I have 3 small children and 85 degrees inside the apartment is not ideal. Upon inspection of the issue, I discovered that the AC installers left the whole manual inside the air handler and it was blocking the intake. As a result, the AC froze over

We’re so excited to move into our new home at the Residences at Victory Ridge! The apartments are brand new, beautifully designed, and exactly what we were looking for. Melanie has made the application process incredibly smooth—she’s been responsive and helpful. Her professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference!

Moving is never an easy task, especially from out of state! I stumbled upon the Residence at Victory Ridge while searching for town homes in the CS area. I reached out to get more info and Melanie quickly responded. She has been super helpful in the entire process and continues to be as we finally moved into our unit :) The apartment itself is beautiful!! All the appliances are Samsung (a techy persons dream) The living space is open and easily fits my 8 person couch. The rooms are decent, my older kids haven’t complained about the space being too small at all. All in all, I’m glad we chose to stay at the Residence at Victory Ridge :)

The apartments are modern and beautifully designed, with top-notch Samsung smart appliances that make everyday life easier. Anytime we had a minor issue, it was addressed quickly—usually by the next day. Huge shoutout to Donald from maintenance—he’s always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. One of our favorite things is the location. It’s just a 5-minute walk to a beautiful park that’s perfect for going on peaceful walks with our dogs. And there are many restaurants close by. The neighborhood feels safe, clean, and family-friendly. Overall, we couldn’t be happier living here!
