I would not recommend living here. The elevator is constantly broken, which is a huge inconvenience especially if you live on a higher floor. On top of that, they charge extra fees for things like electricity outside of your Austin Utility bill, and now even make residents pay for maintenance requests, which is ridiculous considering how much rent already costs. The management needs to do better about taking care of residents and maintaining the property properly.

The building and location are fantastic, but a few things really hold it back. Not being able to use the common area for even one small family event really takes away from the experience. It’s not like anyone’s trying to throw college-style parties every weekend, just be a decent host once in a leasetime for loved ones. It’s a shame to see such a nice space go unused. Opening it up would instantly make the condo feel more welcoming, joyful, and alive. This restriction is hard for me to understand. There are also a couple of office areas, but last I checked, residents have to pay something like $50–$75 to use them. I didn’t even bother looking further because, frankly, paying to use space in your own building feels like nonsense. Meanwhile, friends in other condos can freely use their comm

Seemed alright when I first moved in, staff seemed pretty hands-off but friendly. Should've been a red flag when they just gave me the code to their model and didn't give me much information. Security of the building and parking garage are not that great. Most thing are left open and the garage gate is usually broken (for year when I was there). I lived in Building 3 right across from the Sweet Paris and sound proofing here is absolutely a joke. For being in the middle of the mall, there is 0 sound proofing. You can hear everything, from the same 10 songs played by the mall, cars revving their engines, people yelling, neighbors talking on their balconies, up stairs neighbors yelling and throwing stuff, hallway cleaning, EVERYTHING. There was constant construction for about a year since I s

If only NO ZEROS was available!! As a delivery first Time delivering in the domain to be able to go inside the building and to ask for the information to get to the delivery locker room you would’ve thought she would have provided a code. She was very rude. She put up one finger because she was on the phone I get that so I stayed and then she rudely told me where the locker rooms was but I was still confused because how the layout is then all of a sudden I’m walking towards where I felt like she was guiding me “” and I hear a huge voice talking about no the other way, and then I saw her and then she used her fingers to guide the way, but she was just rude body language, and the way that she was being was not a professional

"Unsafe Living Conditions – A Disappointing End After 11 Years" 1* Rating! I lived at Residence at the Domain for over 11 years, "I would give this apartment complex one star due to the severe health and safety issues I encountered during my 11 years living here. The property management allowed numerous problems to escalate unchecked. Even with photographic and video evidence, the management failed to take proper action. I cannot recommend this complex to anyone, as they’ve demonstrated complete disregard for tenant well-being and safety." What started as a comfortable home ended in unsafe, uninhabitable conditions. Here are the conditions: 1. Serious Health Hazards: The HVAC system had mold, rust, and silica dust contamination from renovations. These conditions worsened my severe asthma
