I love it here! Quiet, great view and farmers market on the weekend. Can’t ask for more.

I've lived here nearly a year now and it's been nothing but great. Vicky was super helpful from day one and has continued to be superb. Additionally, Travis from maintenance always handles things quickly and is very professional.

1 BR apartment with den - Larger laundry room, Extra shelving was added on our request for the master closet & laundry room at no extra cost. Appliances clean & of good quality. Apartment is quiet (And no sounds from other apartments in the hall way) Tall ceilings with picture rail molding throughout each room ( except for bathroom.) Clean, with nice appliances and well planned area for living & dining. Carpeted throughout out except for bath-laundry & kitchen/entry. Best of all excellent service - wonderful and quickly responsive management staff. Will truly miss when we move for our work.

I have lived here for almost a year now and must admit that the apartments themselves are quite nice, and the common hallways are generally clean and very spacious. The equipment in the apartments is also nice and convenient to have a washer/dryer in unit cannot be overstated. Parking in a gated section on the third floor of the garage is also included in rent. The location means that there is so much around within walking distance or within a short drive. It can be a bit noisy, but you should expect that just from the location being on the street of what is basically an outdoor mall. Though, it can be a bit excessive. Deliveries, garbage trucks, snow plows and such all occur in the early morning. This usually only effects me on the weekends since I leave early for work, but is still a has
