Residences at Riverfront Landing

Typical corporate apartments. Was not worth what you pay in rent. Elevators constantly down, amenities seemed to be closed/under repair for most of my lease, VERY noisy (especially in winter when plows are going right outside your window in the middle of the night), and the apartment layout was… awkward at best. The ladies in the office were really kind, but there was a few times I would need to reach them for something, and the office would randomly be closed (not even for a holiday). This happened relatively often, and without much explanation. Finally, upon moving out, don’t expect much of your security deposit back. Having moved 7 times in the past 10 years, Riverfront Landing is the best place yet. The staff is very nice. The grounds are well-maintained. It's a relief to have an elevator. (no more outdoor stairs) They run a tight ship here. There's no nonsense going on. (Fighting, barking, mischief, none.) Worth every penny to live here. The new pool is fabulous. There are positive changes with the new ownership, especially the completion of the outdoor pool, in the community gathering area. I am anticipating positive impacts on both the current tenants and prospective renters. Dumpsters emptied at 4:00 - 5:00 am (beep, beep, beep); landscapers starts at 8:00 am; snow plowing noise and beeping throughout the night; trucks purging loudly in the morning. Bring ear plugs and a sound machine.

I lived at Riverfront for about 5 months before getting relocated for work and I must say my experience was amazing! I found this apartment while living in Germany and didn’t get a chance to see it in person until move in day. Everything there was exactly as seen online. Anytime I had an issue, maintenance showed up the same day. Cynthia is absolutely amazing, she made my move in/out a very smooth transition. I will say the walls are pretty thin, but that’s a common thing everywhere. At this point you just have to get used to this new age construction. Overall great place to live and fair prices for what you receive. Thanks Riverfront for the experience!
