Residences at October Apartments

These apartments no longer have the same curb appeal. They do not appear to be maintained at a high quality. Definitely should take better care of the property to maintain what at one time appeared to be a great place to reside. Everyone deserves a clean safe place to stay. Sad to see this happen so often with apartments.

When I first moved in, this property felt clean, safe, and well-managed. Unfortunately, that has completely changed over time. Cars are constantly being broken into, and the hallways are often left in terrible condition — littered with food, blunt wrappers, and other trash from unsupervised youth hanging around. What’s frustrating is that management chooses to overlook these serious issues, but was quick to single me out for temporarily placing a trash bag outside while I was actively cleaning my unit. They never said a word about it until after I sent an email expressing my concern about the chalk or graffiti that’s been sitting on the exterior wall for months, making the place look rundown and neglected. Instead of addressing ongoing safety and cleanliness problems that impact everyone

This place is not maintained like it used to be. The hallways are constantly dirty, and it’s clear no one is staying on top of cleaning or general upkeep anymore. Management is awful. They don’t respond, they don’t follow through, and they clearly don’t care. The property has gone downhill fast, and it shows.Would not recommend. Look elsewhere!!

I stay in the residence at October apartments I’m telling whoever trying to move here don’t this is a nasty place to stay. I’m trying to find something else that’s why I’m still here these kids are terrible how many times have I stopped these kids from terrorizing this place I report incident that happens here the property managers ignore me I went to the fitness center to work out these kids have destroyed the place it’s all trashy it’s been like this for weeks they dump trash not in a empty dumpster but around or outside the dumpster this place has fallen apart I’m so tired of starting here they let anyone move here this place use to be a nice place to stay now it’s the hood I hate it here
