This is a beautiful place to live! The apartment I had was very nice! I loved having a washer/dryer of my own! I especially loved the kind and helpful staff! That is rare to find! Miriam is especially helpful! I had some very nice neighbors as well and we looked out for each other. Though the community is still under construction, I work from home and did not find the construction to be bothersome at all. The workers were always polite and did their best to clean up. I lived in a carriage house above a garage and could hear the garage door open and close, but it was nothing obnoxious. I heard kids playing outside and dogs barking once in a while because there were big German shepherds next door, but I consider that to be normal living sounds. I’m done being polite. I’m done with the gloves, and I’m definitely done with the corporate speak. We have lived here since September 2025. We pay over $1,600 a month for this "carriage home" (which is basically a shoe-box) expecting at least a baseline of quality and respect. ​My wife already posted a review detailing the lies about our lease terms, the unbearable noise, and the "active construction site". Consider this "Part 2," because the issues here go way deeper than just noise. ​Let's begin with the big issue. I was deep cleaning the bathroom today and found that the floor next to the tub is literally sinking. Watch the attached video. I can depress the vinyl planks with a single finger. if i could give more than 5 stars i would. the neighborhood is amazing and its so peaceful and quiet it's just perfect. And the landlord Miriam, she was so helpful and understanding she made my whole move in and paperwork a breeze. this may be my first apartment neighborhood but if i could this would make an amazing retirement spot. This is honestly the best place i've stayed at with the most lovely neighbors and landlord. Miriam is the best and you can count on her.

The move-in process was overall good. I did have a concern with the dryer but, the issue was resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance team did a wonderful job, especially with following up afterwards. The trails, pickleball courts and dog parks are wonderful. Naturally there is noise throughout the day from construction but, for the most part it doesn’t interfere with my ability to work. Overall, I have had a pleasant experience and Miriam has done a great job answering any questions I had!

Finding this place was honestly one of the best decisions my wife and I made. The neighborhood is well taken care of. It’s quiet, clean, and the dog park beside the area is a great place to walk my dog. The leasing office attendant, Miriam, has been such an amazing help since day one. She’s very understanding and helpful with our needs. Definitely one of the best interactions we’ve had when it comes to leasing a place. 5 out of 5 stars for her! Amenities are great as well. My wife and I have not had any problems with the area since our move in date. The valet services (for trash) has been extremely helpful. No need to walk far into the cold to toss out trash into a dumpster. Just place the provided bin right outside your door and valet will pick it up. Overall, I’d recommend this place
