I am forever grateful for and loyal to Aegis Land Title, particularly the Bay Street team. Bronwyn has been amazing to work with though transactions with a variety of speed bumps, hurtles and full on road blocks. Most recently we had to go toe to toe with a particularly difficult HOA situation. While it boiled down to a misunderstanding, Bronwyn went above and beyond to help move through it however she could. She could have just left it to the agents to manage, but thank goodness she didn't! It took our whole transaction team to hammer it out and get it closed. We even closed 2 days early!! There was another transaction she worked on, where the escrow closer we were working with left halfway through the transaction. Bronwyn took over and it was like she was there for the whole thing.
