Residences at Jefferson Crossing Apartments

Our move-in day was wonderful! Paige, at the office, was tremendously helpful for the last couple months leading up to our move-in day. She was very responsive, kind, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and informative, and she and the rest of her team were very accommodating throughout the process with our many questions and requests. Paige, in particular, helped us get all setup at the office first thing in the morning with everything we needed for our first day and walked through our new home with us, which was surprisingly fresh smelling and clean, and looked like a newly built home! We could tell the apartment complex has been very well maintained just driving in. All walls looked brand new. Everything, Except bathtub, was really clean. Easy move in. Clean fridge, dishwasher, walls and floors cupboards, floorboards all clean.

Never had a bad experience in this condo residence. So great to be close to any shopping whether it be groceries or department stores. Very friendly staff and maintenance staff the best!

Love this place, first time renting and move in was easy everything online and Brenda was a huge help to this process. The property is clean! No Bugs I was so worried for roaches but nothing to worry now that I moved in! All the amenities are new and clean & I’ve seen so many bad reviews on this place because of them asking for rent but it does say on the lease when rent is due and it’s pretty clear. Look forward to my year!

Nice clean place to live with a pool and nice work out center. The parking is a nightmare on most days.
