Do not move here. The roaches live with you rent free and they will watch you sleep from the ceiling or crawl right bed with you, they will watch you shower, they will check your dishes after you wash them, help you cook, and sit with you on the couch. The mold in the shower walls is great for breathing in while you take a shower. The mold in the windows, that need to be upgraded, will go well with your curtain selection. You can smell your neighbors smoking through your front door, bathroom, or closet, it just depends on which one is smoking. Gnats on a daily basis, keep vinegar on deck. With a touch of domestic violence, gunshots, and drug trafficking you will feel most at home.

Lived for a year during school, we actually loved our neighbors and truly enjoyed our time there! Property manager is SO friendly and awesome. Our unit faced the path so we had beautiful view but lots of random people going by all hours. I would live there again if we stayed in CA. Pros: Easy access to river path, close to really good coffee and food, ok neighborhood, ok price, property manager super helpful, laundry on site, pool that is actually cleaned Cons: at least one cockroach a week, all kind of people being loud on the path, all kind of neighbors (we had no issues but you never know), cheap maintenance like paint on the bathtub, sleazy company tried to charge us $840 for imaginary stuff after leaving

This apartment complex is not all it seems to be my brother rented this dump while I was in Alaska. There is such a huge infestation of bugs, the property owners are raising the rent to get people to move out. The remodeled units are getting the floors and new blinds but what about the individuals who have been here and waiting to have their apartments upgraded for 1000 dollars a month a straight rip off. Debra Vokerts and the management of this property complex are crooked as they come my name was forged to this rental application and has fraudulently caused us hardship. Do not live in these bad paint job, roach infested, crack head apartments

Moved in April 2017. Okay place, pretty small apartment though. Ours wasn't very clean when we moved in (ours had been remodeled right before we moved in). Manager is nice and on sight 9-5 Monday through Friday. A maintenance guy lives on sight. The company that owns it is slowly remodeling the entire complex. Pool and on-sight laundry. Parking is not assigned. Rent is 775, but it includes cable and internet worth 100 bucks, so it's a fair deal. A couple of crazy neighbors, but overall everyone has been friendly and welcoming.

I lived here 2 yrs. There's roaches; black mold tht they just paint over; the heater didn't work, but it wouldn't have mattered anyway since the apartments are so poorly sealed tht we had to LITERALLY PIN UP THICK BLANKETS ovr the door & windows in an attempt to stop the crazy draft from blowing in & try to insulate the room. It wasn't the fault of the old management, they were cool folks, very understanding & kind, it's the Bay Area slumlord owner thts to blame.
