Residences at Ag47

We recently moved into the Residence and it has been wonderful from the moment we first met Tyler, our Leasing Agent. His warm welcome and continued professional assistance throughout the application and leasing process made our move stress free. During the move in process Tyler ensured every detail and need was addressed, in what can only be described as a full service experience. In helping us set up utilities, assisting on logistics of the move on day, to providing personal attention to our aging dog, Tyler was simply amazing! We are so happy with our beautiful apartment, the facilities and our neighbors. Anyone thinking of moving to an apartment home, Residence at AG47 is the place to move!

Had a wonderful tour with Tyler! He's very personable and cares a lot about the complex and making sure residents are comfortable. I've met him before at the sister complex OneRookwood when he was substituting at the desk. He helped me with a situation there and went above and beyond to make sure it wouldn't happen to any other residents. I can only imagine how well he takes care of Ag47 :)

AG47 has it all: great location, excellently maintained building and wonderful staff. Tyler, Lauren, Lucy, Jamie and Kendric all work very hard to make this feel like home and they are very much appreciated. Lots of different floor plan options and wonderful for pet owners. Highly recommend if you are looking for an apartment in the Kenwood area.

Recently toured some of the units here and could not have had a better experience! Tyler was so helpful and did an amazing job answering all of our questions. We could not have had a better person to show us around!

I recently toured Ag47 with leasing agent Tyler Berg. I appreciated his upfront explanation of all the costs and features of the apartment which made it much easier to understand whether their options fit within my budget. He was able to answer all my questions about the property so I got a good feel for the apartment community. I really liked the apartment (1 bed), property, and location. While I have not lived here yet, based on my experience, I would definitely recommend anyone considering Ag47 to give it a look.
