DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. No matter how clean or immaculate you leave your apartment, they will invent reasons to take your security deposit or cause additional damage post move-out to justify this. They will not conduct a move out inspection with you and will disregard any photo/video proof of the condition of the apartment before move out. Be careful, because if the garage remote or keys *they give you* stop working, they will charge you even if it's a 20 year old remote. In addition, no regard is given to tenant safety. My neighbor was caught trespassing and spying in my bedroom windows while my partner was present in the apartment. This neighbor was also was caught on several occasions spying into vehicles and dumping garbage and refuse into neighbors lots, including items poison

I have lived in this complex for over 15 years and I have to say the new maintenance personnel is by far the best we have ever had. He’s professional, timely and knowledgeable. Always takes care of any issues. He has had the unfortunate task of cleaning up the incompetence of the previous . I would recommend this property to anyone
