PM Title, LLC has always been great to work with. We have had the privilege of working with them in the past as a home buyer, and now most recently we worked with them as a home seller. Morgan Pentzer facilitated our closing and did a great job! The process was quick and efficient, and I am happy to recommend them to anyone in need of closing services.

Hey Everyone! I wanted to write up a very cool review for Renee with PM Title! I was the seller in this transaction and live over an hour away from the property I was looking to sell. Long story short there was mix up, no fault of PM Title and closing was happening without my knowledge! They called me up wondering where I was and having no idea it was happening I wasn't sure what to do as there was no way to make it in time. Renee and my RE agent drove down half way after hours to meet me and get me my documents that I needed to close the deal! Super nice and friendly and explained everything clearly. I was very thankful that the buyers picked such a considerate title company.

BUYERS AND SELLERS BEWARE! PM Title is the worst!!!! Renee is the worst!!! The day she found out she got to cancel the closing she got very excited and happy. The tone in her voice got very joyful as she told me she was going to have to call everyone to inform them. I just spoke with her to better understand our situation. As soon as she heard words she didn't want to hear she blamed someone else and then hung up on me. I never disrespected her and yet she found it necessary to hang up on me. See ya on Monday Renee!!! I will be the guy in the room giving you dirty looks. Renee, you are very bad at your job. You should quit and go to Walmart or something. If I could give you a zero star you deserve it.

PM Title does an excellent job! I appreciate being able to refer my clients to them and know they will receive excellent service from start to finish. They are always very knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and responsive. I would highly recommend them!

My home buying experience was definitely not normal. It took 13 months for us to finally close. Throughout this whole process our representative was there for us and kept us in the loop. Despite the nightmare that was our homebuying experience, we had a great experience with them. I would absolutely recommend them for anything that you need.
