I moved into RATO in November of 2025. From the very start I could see this was the perfect place for me, very clean and quiet. The management staff treat and speak to you with courtesy and respect! They are very helpful, friendly and polite and always greet you with smile. The apartment I choose was everything I wanted. The Maintenance team is wonderful here, always willing to help. I love living here!!

On a recent visit to Residence at the Oaks I was again so impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the residents. The management team is led by Sandy Martin (no relation), the best property manager I've ever met who knows and cares for each and every resident, evidenced by the relationship they have individually and as a community. It truly feels like family and home. This property is so beautifully maintained and one of the nicest communities I've ever seen.

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful apartment complex recently, and I was so impressed with how welcoming and well-kept everything was. The landscaping was lovely, the units looked spacious and clean, and the entire community had such a peaceful, inviting feel to it.
