The amenities the complex provided were great and maintenance staff responded within a timely manner, but my rent was raised 20.5% upon renewal. The complex was not willing to come down on their renewal price after I asked to meet in the middle. After declining to renew, my unit was listed at a price below what they wanted me to renew and they were offering 2 months rent free to new residents. It doesn’t make much sense to offer such a discount to a new tenant in that unit when they would have made more off of me staying on a negotiated price.

I've been here for 5 months. Manager Tracy is mostly impatient and sounds rude. Herd, she is moving to sister apartments. She is the least suitable candidate for customer service with that attitude. Katai is super nice. Hopefully, the new manager will be in katai standards. Mostly great apartments. Likes the view, pool, amenities, park, etc. They need more cleaning in walking spaces inside the building and the steps. Some equipment is broken in the game room. Would be nice if the pool has blue lights on in the night for a good view. They have lift service which is good. Less parking available for building 100.

I want to start this review by saying that I am not a resident of this apartment complex, have never been, and after today’s experience, I never will be. A friend of ours, who lives there with her husband, invited several of us ladies to get together. She provided us with the proper gate codes to enter, and we spent a little over two hours enjoying some homemade Russian food, soft drinks (no alcohol), and good conversation by the pool area. There were seven of us, plus the two residents. Everything was peaceful and pleasant until a Heily from the office arrived—accompanied by 3-4 police officers—and informed us that we were breaking the rules and needed to vacate the premises immediately. Let me be clear: I have been in customer service for over ten years, and I have never witnessed suc

I enjoyed living there. Leaving can be expensive. I messed up and left a few things in the fridge and toilet paper in the bathroom. I was charged over $500 for it. I was charged for bulk trash in the bathroom for leaving toilet paper on the dispenser 😂.

I lived in this apt for a year. It was a great location, perfect for my career since I had to travel a lot! The apt photographs well for your IG pics, but honestly that’s about it. The Elevator was not working properly most of the time I lived in the building. It also set off the fire alarm at least 8-10 (or more) times in the middle of the night! So we all had to stand outside with our PJs on with kids, pets and adults lined up outside the building normally around 3-4 AM until the fire department arrived and cleared the building. The front gate was broken more than half the time I was a resident. Sometimes it wouldn’t open at all, Sometimes you had to call it 5-6 times to open. Most of the time, guests had to sit and wait for someone who lived there to open the gate so they cou
