Residence at North Penn

This has been the most positive experience that I have had with an apartment thus far. David Nash helped us get moved in and was absolutely amazing from the very beginning. Giving us a full tour of the unit and property, working with us to find the perfect move in date even while inexperienced a death in the family. He made Move in day was extremely simple and as helpful getting us everything we needed so key pick up was such an easy process. Best apartments I’ve been to as well as best staff I’ve encountered!

Management is TOP TIER! They are best with communication. Don't know if they are at lunch or away, you don't have to worry about that. They are always letting us know when they close the office and always answers the phone. The gym is VERY nice everything works and updated. Very quiet place to live.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with this apartment community as a vendor, and the experience has been consistently positive. Work orders are clear, expectations are well defined, and scheduling is handled efficiently, which makes it easy to deliver quality service. Living here has been such a great experience. The community is always clean, safe, and well-maintained, and any issues I’ve had were handled quickly. The best part, though, is the community director, Sarah. She is genuinely amazing, super friendly, always available to help, and really cares about the residents. You can tell she puts a lot of effort into making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. I definitely recommend living here!

The front staff at Residence at North Penn is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They are highly attentive and eager to assist you with any questions you may have to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
