This place is LAUGHABLE. it’s “luxury” it’s supposed to come with a microwave it doesn’t the washer and dryers are ALWAYS BROKEN it’s infested with roaches and when “they come spray” it’s not even the right medicine to get rid of them the people who come and spray have literally told multiple residents this place is too cheap to kill the roaches they just use whatever they can to “shut us up” there’s black mold in the bathrooms the toilet literally rises up when you sit and get up my 5 year old has been hurt from how loopy it is. The best part is one of the workers here has literally told a resident the front girls don’t like her and refuse to fix any issues they have. They want to over charge us but not have anything done. It is absolutely ridiculous with this apartment complex. I haven’t been asking for pest control for months. They keep telling me this week and this week never comes. I understand they can get busy. They might be shorthanded, but I can’t live with roaches falling in my hair when I’m cooking I can’t take it. They move me in with my carpets falling apart. The walls weren’t properly fixed. the appliances weren’t working it took them a year to fix one appliance. My carpets are super filthy and they haven’t even offered to get them cleaned since they never switched them out but they expect the rent to be paid on time. My neighbor had to get a refrigerator from Rent-A-Center because she’s been asking them for almost a year to get her an new refrigerator and they haven’t With as much money as they

Please save yourself the hassle. When I moved in the apartment was filthy dirty and that should’ve been my red flag. The roaches are terrible I wasted my own money to get my apartment exterminated. The property brought out a pest control who barely sprayed anywhere because “he didnt see any” and they wont stop appearing in my apartment. I asked my neighbors and they said they still get them too.

Worse apartments do not recommend. Lived there for 2 years after my lease ended the old manager kept my deposit and put that there was no deposit lost about $500. He got fired bc apparently I wasn’t the only one he did that to. Maintenance was awful. I know for a fact they would go in my apartment when I wasn’t home jewelry was missing, things were moved around lights were turned on. I’d purposely put stuff in certain ways and when I’d get home it was moved somewhere completely different. Gave a 60 day notice hired someone to clean and they turned me in saying I owe them $2000. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone either. Don’t rent here. Went thru like 2-3 managers in the time I lived there.

The manager is NEVER EVER in the office. We can pass by 3 times a day and that man is NEVER here. For months we have been trying to get situated here and he says there’s a waiting list but is currently advertising vacant units. Please get another person in here. This has been happening for months, he’s never there or picks up phone or emails. I have 6 inquiries to him and no response
