Reserve of Lake Ridge

We moved in in May of 2025 when we returned from Florida. Family is around state so good shore community. We have a 3car garage model with over 2600sqft. Neighborhood is well kept and lots of clubhouse activities. If you want to be involved, you can be. This is our final home. Got real lucky to stumble into such a great location.

Blessed with the opportunity to have purchased a home at the Reserve and moved in September 2017. Love the small community and our neighbors are so kind,friendly, and caring. Makes you feel at home and welcome from the very first day you arrive. Club house offers several activities throughout the year. Looking forward to our first pool experience this year.

My mother lives here and it is a nice place to retire. Constant construction gives that unfinished feel to it but that's hardly a concern. A few bizarre rules I know of that I personally wouldn't tolerate but that's just me.

Nasty, nasty, nasty. As a professional in the real estate industry for over 12 years I have never dealt with a sales office representative as nasty as Michelle. Extremely uncooperative and difficult to work with. Find another broker to assist you with your real estate needs.
