Reserve at White Rock Apartments

Lived here for about four years. The complex is fine as long as your unit doesn't require any attention from maintenance. Unfortunately, a significant leak formed in one of my bathrooms and it was left for two years, acquiring more and more water damage over that period. During those years, I submitted several work orders which were ignored by maintenance. They would mark the job as complete and then write things like "replaced ceiling" in the comments to make it seem like they did something, when in reality, they did nothing. I became tired of dirty water dripping into my shower on a daily basis so I decided to move. About three months after moving, I received an email from a debt collector saying I owed the property $264 dollars. I verified this fee with the leasing office and was told

I opted for the Reserve my two colleagues live in the trails. So far it’s been great, this is my 3rd month. I read the reviews and the place is old slowly being revamped, you get a lot of bang for your buck. Most of my neighbor’s have been living here 10 + years so they are friendly and respectful which is all I ask for. My place catches a lot of sun and the dogs love it! I am hoping they will get the bbq”s working that was disapointing hitting that up one night with marinated steak only to have to walk home with it uncooked. The staff have been great and if I have needed somthing they have got right to it apart from my dirty stained carpets but I can live with that for all the other pluses . Love this place! Been here for 4 months and find it to be quiet and safe. Pet friendly with trails at White Rock Lake just steps away. Quick response from maintenance the one time that I needed them (ice-maker, apt has no issues) Folks in the office are friendly and very accommodating. It amazes me that Amazon packages stay on your doorstep until you pick them up! Come check it out!

Shout out to @dwellinc Baylee for helping me find this place. They listened to all my needs and pulled through with everything requested. Be kind and direct with management. EDIT FROM: The difference of air conditioning between the townhomes and leasing office is painfully apparent. The perks of living here is the trail connecting to the white rock lake trail. It's my favorite. Compared to living closer to downtown it is fairly quiet. The leasing office does respond to our needs and does so quickly after a couple of reminders from us in person and in e-mail.

Update: Before you decide to move here, read the review by Taiwo Agbaje below very carefully. New tenants have no regard for neighbors and I have the same problem. Do an environmental check and visit the pool between 6pm and 11pm any day of the week before you sign. People are always screaming at the top of their lungs like savages. You will listen to neighbors above, below, car music blasting, dogs barking and screaming at the pool. I have not once seen any effort to address noise like adjust pool hours, setting behavior expectations, etc. If you want to live in your apartment relatively noise free, forget about it. It's 11:00pm. Tenants have their loudspeakers at the swimming pool blasting music. Loud music, screaming, no end in sight. Daily. Nothing is ever done about it. Slee
