Reserve at the Ballpark

The Reserve is THE best place to live around the Battery! Any issue you might have gets resolved so quick, you can always get in contact with staff. Brittany downstairs is the absolute best representative Ive worked with at an Apartment, the staff in general is top tier!

Awesome amenity, very convenient to walk to the Ballpark, easy access to both I-75 and I-285, bunch of stores and restaurants nearby (and the mall). Beautiful flooring in the apartment. Gated community and requires keyfob entry to the building so great safety there. It's in great school district also - Wheeler High School, East Cobb Middle School, Brumby Elementary. From the time of the touring, Kylie has been very open and positive, fun to interact with, and love honest personality which along with the beautiful amenities and all helped put the stamp on deciding to live here. All of the office staffs: Megan, Kylie, Cindy, Jeneen are fun people and quick to respond and very helpful! They give parties to the residents and arrange food trucks - I wanna say every week! I have no idea how this place has a 4.2 rating. Must be for location only!!! The hallways smell like dog piss. The parking is horrible especially when it's a braves game. The office has the worst customer service ever. The apartments are NOT luxury and on the day of move in the apartment you applied for may not be what you get. The appliances are old and my apartment wasn't clean when I moved in. You can hear the garage door slam all night if you live by the garage area. Ppl rent out for games and events and it's loud at night. The grills are never clean and the pool area is a joke! Again... for the price this is the bottom of the barrel. I was jumping for joy when my lease was over!!! When you move in they hound you for a review. Nope...I do all reviews after my lease.

My wife and I moved here in August, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! The amenities are top-notch, and the recent renovations have really elevated the community. The office staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we need. We also love how many resident events they host—it really makes it feel like a community. The location is unbeatable, especially if you’re a Braves fan! Being so close to the stadium and The Battery is a huge plus. On top of that, the complex is super dog-friendly, which is perfect for us. Highly recommend!
