We had the best experience touring with Destiny! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She went ahead and showed us around even with it raining she was willing to walk with us and help us to see the apartments. She even went as far as to let us know the best areas in Dallas for shopping and some things to do. I am looking forward to our move this coming summer ! 🫶🏼

Rat infested, roach infested, Denise (the property manager) is rude and doesnt do anything to help the issues with this place. She'll tell you to go stay with other family instead of helping you fix what you pay rent for. Do not recommend this place at all.

I’m so damn tired of living here. I can’t wait for my lease to expire. I just can’t deal with some of these rules anymore. I work late, and I don’t have time to take out the trash. I throw my trash in the bin by my house whenever I can. I pay 40 freaking dollars every month for this, and every time I still get a warning. And on top of that, they didn’t even take my trash — they left everything right by my door. Meanwhile, my neighbor put their trash in my bin as well, and I still got the warning. Why the hell should I feel guilty when I’m the one paying?! I’m exhausted. I want to move out. I don’t have the strength for this anymore.

One of the worst apartments I have ever seen, facing lot of issues at the apartment where I am staying . Had reported the issues to the management via visiting office and by email with posting the picture but they never turned up for fixing the issues. Water drains from the window at the time of rain no proper vent for AC and fungus at the roof which not fixed even after complaining multiple times my first complaint was 3 months back but still it’s same. I don’t recommend anyone to rent an apartment.

Just Moved In – Major AC & Water Leak Issues (Updated) My wife and I moved in on 6/28/25 and were excited about the unit—it looks nice overall. However, within the first 24 hours, we ran into a few serious problems. The AC wasn’t cooling properly, and we had to rely on ceiling fans just to get through the night. The next morning, we discovered standing water around the AC filter, enough to fully cover your foot if you stepped in it, and visible mold in the area. The leak spread into the master closet and soaked some of our boxes and luggage, and also traveled to the washer and dryer area. We reported it right away, and while it did take some time, the issue was fully resolved on 07/10/25. The maintenance team replaced the entire AC unit, cleaned up the affected areas, and removed the mold.
