Reserve at River Place

The management team here is so friendly, professional, and willing to help! Even with questions from someone who is not a resident. This team has been supportive and ATTENTIVE. If their resident experience is anything like their service I can see why people enjoy living here!

This was the best apartment I have ever lived at! Nice amenities and the staff were always nice and understanding. I only moved because of having to move cities for a new job, but otherwise I would've renewed my lease!

Started off great, but they've been getting progressively worse just letting anyone live here causing ridiculous fines for small things they're struggling to control. Also have horrible trash service that can't follow the apartments own guidelines for recycling and put fees for things within the lease agreement. Can't keep up with compactor and issue 500$ fines for days they dont take your trash AND also DONT upkeep the compactor, allowing overflow they choose to fine you over instead.

I truly had a great experience living here. The staff was always quick to respond and very helpful whenever I needed anything. The community was clean, quiet, and well-maintained throughout my time here. I really have no complaints — it was a comfortable and positive place to live, and I’m grateful for the experience!

My experience at this complex was the absolute best I could have had. I was always met with the brightest smiles any time I walked into the leasing office, and couldn't have asked for a more peaceful community. Service requests were always tended to quickly and the whole complex is very well maintained. The staff/community is extremely friendly, and the apartments are so nice. Seriously the best in the area-- if I ever move back to Louisiana, I'd be leasing here again.
