One of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. If I didn't need to relocate, I would have chosen to stay here. I loved the former proper manager Ross and the current manager Madison. From the Managers always being helpful to the maintenance staff ( the two men whose names I can't remember), for handling issues promptly. Everyone who works at this complex is extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a safe, calm apartment complex to live in.

Absolutely love the place and the area around it. Being located on a hill, this community has great view and provides a safe haven from all the noises and crimes. This community is very well-maintained and the property manager, Ross, is quick to respond and transparent with all communications. I would highly recommend living here!

A great place to live in a nice, quiet pocket of Brookhaven/Buckhead. The management is outstanding - super responsive and Ross is always quick to answer any question and make any accommodation you need. Maintenance is quick to respond and attend issues, would recommend to anyone in choosing to live in the area!

Can’t stress how exceptional the management and maintenance team are. The property manager Ross is the best I have ever worked with, and other team members including Madison and Todd are superb as well. I don’t even have to go on at length, as other good reviews seem to have captured everything I have to say. They’re real! Sure, the buildings aren’t built in 2024 but it is far more well maintained and managed than a lot of “newer” apartments I have seen before. I will recommend this property to anyone in a heartbeat.
