Reserve at LaVista Walk

Jessica, Jennifer, Vencine, and Deyse are a great team. They ensured my mom qualified for another apartment. They did everything possible from the application process, apartment walk-through, providing us time to move and ensuring accurate parking. We are extremely happy with their service and the apartment is beautiful and has a peaceful view. Thank you all for your customer service and dedication.

Absolutely worst management company/staff!! They are extremely unorganized and lack a sense of urgency for ANYTHING. Our building caught on fire a week and a half before thanksgiving displacing hundreds of residents. The fire started at 10:00 not 10:30 as the news was falsely reporting. That half hour makes a difference. No one died but this could have been a lot worst. It has been 14 days since the fire with absolutely no communication from management and they are still trying to charge people rent. These people need to be held accountable: avenium management company and the entire reserve at lavista staff for negligence and laziness. Human error is an excuse used way too often. The worst apartment in This area. Non responsive staff. And Maintenance is a Joke😈😈 I have been here for 6 months and it just gets worst and worst. This is rat central! The property manager said she would communicate with me via email and won’t even do that.

Deyse is the worst leasing consultant at the Reserve. I applied the same day that I saw the model. She called me the day before my move in to say she wasn’t going to be there and when I came to get my keys she was in the leasing office celebrating st Patrick’s day…. Unfortunately she also lied to me about getting an upgraded apartment and instead opted to place me in apartment next to 2 clubs that are open from 1am to 6 am. The apartment complex forces you to pay valet trash even though nobody comes For days to weeks to pick up the trash. we have a serious rat problem at the Reserve at Lavista walk. I can’t wait to get out of here. God help!!’

Update from the post below from 3 weeks ago: I am pleased to say, that I have received my security deposit. I use to live here for two years. A friend of mine just called to ask me about this property he was interested in moving there because it’s within close proximity of his job. I came across the reviews and decided to leave one of my own. I moved out a few months ago In July. I agree with most of the prior reviews and their concerns, it was a precipitous change in the quality of the buildings community. I resided in building 2, I moved in during the pandemic. It had a curb appeal then, no homeless people, well kept, the amenities were great and the turnaround from a maintenance request was good.
