Reserve at Hunters Ridge

Been here for 2 months and am very pleased with the unit itself, beautiful grounds (can see the Sisters from the parking lot), and responsiveness with maintenance requests. Required maintenance has been few and far between. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Dog is very happy too!

I’d say rent is on par with what you’re getting. Nice places and the walls are pretty thick, I haven’t heard my next door neighbor a single time in the year I’ve been here. I’ve done 3 maintenance requests and they all get completed asap. Everyone’s friendly around the complex too. Also I like that I’m able to lock/unlock from my phone, same with unlocking the door to the trash area.

We’re absolutely in love with Hunters Ridge! The grounds are gorgeous and spotless, the staff are so friendly, and the apartments? Stunning. It’s so peaceful here that sometimes I forget I even live in an apartment! We feel right at home and can’t wait to start our family in this amazing community. Honestly, we can’t say enough good things about it!

Awesome office staff! 3 bed apartments are good sized only complaint could be kitchen storage. Not horrible but I like to shop monthly vs weekly.

The staff here is very friendly and the move in experience was smooth. We and our cat love the place so far and are very happy to call this our new home. The location is lovely and everything we need is less than a 15 minute drive away.
