DONT MOVE HERE! the leasing office had a attitude and careless when it comes to any issues , their only nice to you at the time of move in, leasing office will vandalize your vehicle unlawfully and they will tow your vehicle unlawfully as they wish with no authorization, the apartments and trash is poorly kept , rats are the size of small cats , a new multiple-homicides are reported here, environment is poorly kept and maintenance is either low staff or none existing

I have never seen a leasing team that is unprofessional, they do not show concerns for tenants that live out there unless are probably the ones they are friendly with, my nephew was attacked by a person who is probably not permitted to be living on the property, I called them no answer, I emailed them no answer, sent family to that office and walked in to ask for leasing team , she playing candy crush on her phone, spoke to a Ms. Yulounda who informed me phones down, WiFi down , I sent her an email now response, no phone call from anyone, today my daughter arrived to assist my nephew to the store because he is afraid to come out of his apartment where he pays rent due to a bully , a want to be street gangsta on that property, leasing team told my daughter they don't handle domestic cases o

I have been living here almost a year and I can say that the leasing staff are a great help. I want to give a big thanks to Mrs. Samesia and Mrs. Yulounda for keeping up the property and providing the residents with many resources to help our community.

The leasing office doesn't answer the phone and won't do anything about the nasty tenants. The children are running rampant around this complex drawing on walls, throwing trash, peeing on the elevator, and running the halls while people work at home. The dumpster area is filled with trash while the dumpster itself is empty. We now have rats in that area. The maintenance team has either gotten lazy or short staff as they aren't cleaning as well or responding to maintenance request. Multiple tenants have unexplained leaks and mold and these units are barely 1-2 years old. Not to mention the multiple homicides here

I read a post that says these apartments have the bare minimum. There is no place outside to sit and enjoy the day. Minimum space inside. Bedrooms are very small. We weren't able to get my son's bedroom furniture in to his room. We planned for minimum living room space and sold our sectional and much more. It's like I saw this coming. I was unable to look at the apartment. It wouldn't have mattered at that time because housing is so limited. I actually tried to get out of my lease but couldn't. They are definitely designed for a budget. I could enjoy it here but management does not manage. Complaints go unresolved except people being shot. I could say a great deal concerning the noise. No conversation is private. If privacy is what you want this is not the place. Hotels are much more
