Reserve at Hillcrest

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The management team is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. The property is clean, well-kept, and feels safe and welcoming. My apartment is spacious, modern, and very comfortable it really feels like home. I also love the community atmosphere and how quiet and peaceful it stays, even on weekends. Definitely one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live

We have lived here for 3 years. Our apartment is not up to date. Kitchen cabinets is rundown and countertops.Roaches from day 1 of moving in. They change staff very frequently. New owners now. They hardly answer the phone. We are very disappointed. We have expressed our concerns to management.I really didn’t want to put a review but I know sometimes it is necessary.

I’ve had such a great experience at The Reserve at Hillcrest! Chelsea, the property manager, and her entire team go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and cared for. They’re always friendly, responsive, and quick to help with any maintenance requests or questions. It’s rare to find a staff that genuinely takes pride in their community, but Chelsea and her team truly do. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and positive energy!

All I have to say about this place is MID, I lived there 3-4 years ago and just visited a friend who lives there and those apartments are still terrible. They’re not in the best place, not the safest. Years ago a man who lived there with his Gf/wife/significant other. While living there this man held his her hostage with a pewpew and then used it on her outside right where the office and first few apartments are. Cops are there all the time. Crime, drugs, and bad people surround this place. Even after their “renovations”, and on top of that they do not care about the tenants. This is a place you’d rent at your lowest or for couples with no children, who are just starting their lives together. Even then I wouldn’t recommend this place.
