The apartments are spacious, modern, and really well kept — you can tell the property is taken care of on a daily basis. I love how quiet and peaceful the community feels while still being right in the middle of everything Hamburg has to offer. The amenities are a huge plus too — the pool, fitness center, and common areas always feel clean and inviting. Maintenance is quick to respond, and the office team is friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference when you’re living somewhere long term. If you’re looking for a place that feels safe, comfortable, and conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, I’d definitely recommend checking out The Reserve at Hamburg. It truly feels like home here.

I have lived in this beautiful community for almost 13 years, and I will continue to live here for the foreseeable future. I have amazing memories of raising my daughter here. Our new (stellar!) management team has come in and improved literally everything. (My gorgeous kitchen! My luxury vinyl flooring!) I went from having a decent apartment to an upscaled home that feels so comfortable and peaceful. I'm also lucky to have the beautiful community pool right outside my back door. The management team and maintenance staff are high caliber. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful whenever I have a maintenance issue or a question. After 30 days I can say that in every instance once made aware of issues, staff show up within less than 12 hours to repair or replace. I am bad with names and will invariably forget a few but the staff have all been helpful, very friendly, very professional especially the manager Ali Vogel, Karissa, Jordan and others working in the main office and maintenance. This is the first time that I have lived in Kentucky. So far, it is very nice at The Reserve at Hamburg and I look forward to the months ahead.

Karissa gave us a tour of the apartment and she was amazing. She was very thorough, polite and professional. She answered all our questions and went above and bound to accommodate us. The apartments at Reserve are very nice and clean. Great neighborhood as well!

I lived at the reserve for a year. That was the worst year of my life. This apartment complex was terrible when it came to maintenance or communication. I honestly should’ve known previous to moving in that’d this would be a bad place to live based on the fact that they wouldn’t message back about contracts etc. They had black mold growing in my apartment and garage which led to both my Roomate and I getting sick(and hospitalized). They also had water damage and structural issues within the space that they wouldn’t resolve. They did renovations while we were living there and never finished them. When finally moving out, they took over 3000$ out of my bank account without my permission and I had to fight with lawyers to get it back. NEVER LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY AND HEALTH
