My husband and I were passing this beautiful apartment complex and noticed the different colored balconies. And one of the colors was just amazing and we want to paint our backyard wall that very color. We stopped to ask if they knew what color it was in the office and the gal inside, Janae didn’t hesitate. She called her supervisor and they tracked down the color for me!! I don’t even live there I can’t imagine how far above and beyond she would go for a resident!! And it’s just nice to know there’s just genuine people still out there! Thank you Janae!!

RENTERS BEWARE: Predatory Move-Out Practices & Zero Security The Move-Out "Shakedown": The apartment quality is fine while you live here, but the moment you give notice, the experience sours. This company owns 10+ properties and they have "nickel and diming" down to a science. Even though my unit was in significantly better condition upon move-out than move-in, they generally charge a generic $125 "paint touch-up" fee that was confirmed by their employee. Even though they are remodeling the apartments and painting a new color anyway. Be warned: They refuse to do in-person walk-throughs. Instead, they send photos to an anonymous third party you’ll never speak with, who then arbitrarily decides what you owe. I love living at Reserve Arrowhead apartment homes, It is like a Paradise with beautiful gardens, 2 swimming pool and a Nice and clean Gym (Thank You María for your cleaning work). And all this combo Is complete because the location Is near the Best mall in the city, Arrowhead mall Center, and many restaurants and shopping places.

(All of the 5 star recent reviews you see are fake btw. They can’t get real ones so they do that, sad) If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is terrible, everything in the apartment is cheap. Maintenance took forever to come and fix any issues because there is 550 units that they have to take care of (not their fault) but you’ll be waiting days for something to get fixed. Oh and there’s ROACHES. When we moved in we noticed in the cabinets what I thought were coffee grounds, but after further research and us having tons of roaches we realized it was roach feces. The tenant before us had them, so now we had them. We are probably the cleanest people, and this situation made us become even more clean. We couldn’t leave one crumb anywhere or else there would be an absurd amount of roaches
