Research Park Apartments

RUN!!!! Do NOT rent here!! Lies, theft, harassment, constant traffic, multiple break ins, robberies from people with keys, and the door getting kicked in! double charges from water, hardly have water, roaches, spiders, garbage piled up, mold in the HVAC system, they will take you on a tour on the nice apartments and then send you to the dumps, pretty sure it’s inside jobs on the robberies!! Be warned, DO NOT COME HERE!!

I have been a tenant at Research Park Apartments for a year now. I LOVE my studio apartment. It's cozy and comfortable. The landlord is always attentive to my needs and the area and relatively quiet. I chose Research Park Apartments because you can paint the walls in your choice of color, nail things to the walls, and decorate however you choose. Trust me..Not all apartments in the Huntsville area will let you do those things! The mention about insects was a true statement. However, it was due to the uncleanliness of one tenant that carried over to a few other apartments, with mine being one. But the landlord took control of the situation and had pest control come out for treatment three times a week until the problem was resolved! I have no complaints!

I love my apartment it was a beautiful apartment when I first moved in... the paint in the bathroom is a cheap paint... when I took my first shower... the steam disfigures the paint making your new apartment look like a tired old apartment. It's hard, very, very hard getting maintenance to come over or to speak with the apartment manager... Ms Sylvia... I know she's a very busy lady because she helps restore the apartments but no response from calls no response from voicemails no response from text messages... I love my apartment but I don't like the service that I get

Don't mess with research park apartments at robinhood ln, it's just not worth it. As stated in other reviews this place is very much roach infested. On top of that they will keep your security deposit no matter what you do. The owner and management are liars and swindlers and are not to be trusted. Also they work with special income people so alot of the tenates are disabled in one form or another so you'll see plenty of action such as people regularly walking around talking/yelling/laughing to themself. You'll see and hear plenty of fights and probably some break-ins/robberies. This is just my personal experiance with 6240 robinhood ln.

Airbnb! Was great. Central located, comfortable and welcoming. Sheets amazing. Can hear upstairs resident but it is an apartment..
