To start off these property managers gave us barely one month notice that they weren’t renewing our lease leaving us with that barely anytime to pack all of our belongings and find a new place to rent within a month timeframe. They also did not timely take care of any maintenance request on the property with the exception of our AC not working properly even then that was not fixed. It was patched in our house would frequently get up into the 90° temperature temperatures during summer. Some items that we had put in maintenance request for that were broken when we had taken the property from them we’re not fixed at all in the year lease that we had with them there were damages to the walls. They would not remove furniture from the back porch of the property when we took possession on it that
