SPARE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE DON'T MOVE INTO THESE MOLD INVESTED UNKEPT APARTMENTS. MANAGEMENT WILL LIE I HOPE THEY NEVER RENT ANOTHER APARTMENT AGAIN!

Nice Apartments. Very spacious. New appliances. Nice environment. My only complaint is that the walls are wayyyy to thin. I can literally hear the person that was living above me in the morning brushing there teeth every morning. But this wasn't a deal breaker because you do get what you pay for. And besides the good out weighed the bad.

The landlord and maintenance need to do better. People are moving or they are being harassed by them. I know a young lady that's living there. She is not satisfied with the landlord and her maintenance man. She is having a hard time with them. They always have excuses to get inside her apartment when she's not home. Housing Authority need to check on their clients dealing with problems with the landlord and maintenance.😡😡😠

They might look nice but it's so many things wrong with this place the landlord and maintenance have there favorites I can tell you that they honestly don't do anything here but complain about what needs to be fix when it should of been right when u moved in. They have camera's for no reason they don't even work so they believe what they want. The landlord just walks into your apartment sometimes before knocking my friend used to live next to me and she got mold in her stomach because of these apartments the people here are very nosey and always wanna be in your business these apartments need to be torn down and rebuilt by new people they honslety need to get a new landlord and a new maintenance because they dont do nothing.

My friend's apt was beautiful. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The other residents were very nice
