I purchased my fist home from REONY back in 2008 and Trish, the person that help me was exceptional. Buying a home can be a daunting process but she guided me every step of the process. When my husband and I decided to purchase our investment property we decided to use REONY. Trish was the person that helped us, and I was amazed that she remembered us. I typically do not write reviews, but the treatment we experienced this last time, during a pandemic, surpassed 5 stars. I was very nervous, and Trish did her absolute best to assured me of the process with everything currently going on in the world. My experience was so great that I recommended the company to a coworker that is currently in the market.

Horrible. I arranged a showing for an apartment in Rego Park with Shelly Irizarry. He never showed up and never called back. Even over the phone, he seemed like he didn't care for me as a potential buyer. Lack of professionalism. Best work with another company/agent.
