ReNue Downtown Apartments

I had a gracious experience, from the start of the application to finish at move-in time! I relocated from out of state, so I didn't get to vet the property in-person before signing the lease; I was in between personal commitments to arrive to Arizona by a specific deadline, so my move was fairly quick. I had the pleasure of speaking with all three employees during my application process - Lorena, Savannah and Vanessa and they were all so helpful, attentive, warm and welcoming 🙏🏾 The staff is equally the same in resident support and care. The premises is beautiful. At move in, I annotated (towards the close of business) that one of the light bulbs was out in the fridge, and they came the NEXT DAY, problem solved! The staff are very helpful and understanding when it comes to sudden changes in plans. To keep the story short I made multiple mistakes with the paperwork but Savannah, Vanessa, and Lorena were all willing to help me get to where I need to be. In addition to them being kind during the move-in process, anytime I need to come to the office, they are always welcoming me in. It really helps set the warmth and comfort of the community.

some apartments have roaches. Landlords were very rude, and homeless all around apartments. Someone was murdered in the apartments and we did not get any updates, steps to move forward and gate is almost always open for some reason. Maintenance is great but other than that i do not recommend.

The staff was so friendly the apartment was beautiful. I really hope I get approved I would definitely look forward to moving in there

I love my new studio apartment! Move-in day was smooth sailing. Special thanks to Savannah, Vanessa and Lorena! This awesome team helped me tremendously. I look forward to an awesome stay at Renue Downtown Apartments!
