Run by a Military member from my own community which is why this is even crappier service We went to sell our house (that they managed). We were told everything was fine Except house smelled of smoking, refrigerator stained with nicotine. RentalOKC even left a ozone machine to try and cover it up. When confronted they eventually said it did smell of smoking But they kept our realtor out for several days before this. They didn’t insure the property was taken care of. Bushes were overgrown with years of growth. Roof was totaled by several storms with missing gutters. Why they never noticed prior to the sake was never explained. I rented from the company 11 years ago, and they were wonderful. I am returning to the area, and they are still wonderful!! After many submitted applications and application fees lost to companies that I don't know if they actually intended to rent the property to me in the first place or just racking up fees knowing they already are renting to someone else, when I called Rental OKC and filled out the application, I received my lease the next day. Thank you so much for being a trusted company!!

I wish I could leave no stars because 1 is too generous. This the absolute worst company to deal with. As a tenant, I have been lead on with repair after repair. Oven was broke for 3 months! Was without hot water for 6 days with a promise of compensation! There were still 2 open repair orders that were never addressed when we left. Signed our lease to renew and 2 days later we were notified that our lease would not be renewed. You'd think he would have checked with the owners first. Communication is too much to ask for. Upon vacating, we agreed to have them take care of the mandatory carpet cleaning. I spent hours cleaning that place. Scrubbing every nook and cranny to make sure we'd get our full deposit minus the carpet cleaning back. Waste of my time apparently because they seem to think

Our experience has been satisfactory in the years of occupying the house. Always responsive to maintenance requests and their maintenance people are GREAT. Extremely professional and courteous just a pleasure doing business with RentalOKC. Honestly, in all my rental experience, this company has been the BEST. Renters and homeowners both BEWARE! Will charge you for things and not follow up with those he contracted to make sure is complete. Doesn't fix things at rental homes got scamed from this company from both sides! Would not ever rent or recommend him and his contractors are a joke! VERY horrible work! they NEVER come back to fix the work orders or things promised!
