I’ve been an investor with RentQC for almost 3 years (since April 2023, writing this now Feb 2026). I was previously with another property management company who quoted repairs on one of my properties in April 2023 at over $20,000!! I shopped around and after finding RentQC, they were able to get the repairs done for less than $5,000!! Since then, they’ve been nothing short of amazing. They’ve never missed a monthly statement or monthly direct deposit. I talk to JC every few months and he’s always on top of things and aware of what’s going on. They run a busy office but JC and Jen always get back to me when I have a question. I’ve had a couple troublesome tenants but JC, Jen, and the team do everything they can to screen for good tenants and turn my properties around as quickly as possible

I lived in this apartment building from June 2023 until July 2025, and my experience with this management company was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I rarely write reviews, but future tenants deserve to know what they’re getting into. 1. Maintenance Problems Ignored for Months One of the worst issues I experienced was when my ceiling actually collapsed on me. I took photos and called management immediately. They sent someone to clean up the mess, but then left the ceiling unfixed for nearly 2–3 months. It wasn’t until I contacted Public Service/City Code Enforcement myself that anything changed.
