Very professional and kind people make up this establishment. I am blown away by the way they treat people, while asking questions about potential rental tools. Whenever I need anything, that I don't have in my possession, I'm definitely returning here to get the job done. 10/10 Highly Recommend A++

I've rented equipment from these folks a few times. The equipment worked just fine, and I've never encountered a rude associate. I have gone in and just described what I needed to do, and they were very helpful in recommending the proper tool for the job. Fast and friendly! I will continue to go to them for my rental needs.

A perfect example of how a local business should operate. As a first-time customer, I was impressed from the moment I walked into the store. I had to have a moment to calm myself -- I can rent ANYTHING?? I can rent anything for only FOUR HOURS??...I'm not entirely sure what I'm going to do with this crawfish pot, nail gun, and cement mixer, but it will most certainly be epic. It is absolutely pitiful that places like Rent All close their doors every day because local patrons are more attracted to the unique flavor of ignorance and colorful vests that only big box stores can provide. I received a friendly greeting from the first employee that noticed me and was offered knowledgeable guidance to not only product location, but product knowledge...a sense of pride in getting the opportunity
