Kalmia Apartments

I needed to move to Laurel for a position with the state. Met John Chancellor promptly to view an apartment. I had several other things going on and was allowed to go ahead and move in. I informed Mr. Chancellor I was not sure how long I would be there. Seven months passed and I needed to move out. He approved the move and I moved out. Upon moving to Memphis some time went by and I received my deposit. The whole amount was sent back. I had never received the deposit back in full before. All this to say these were nice apartments and well managed. If more apartments were managed like this there would be a whole different thought in renting.

These apartments are well managed. They are in good condition and feel very safe. The people working there do a great job of helping the residents with whatever the need may be. My parents have been living in these apartments for over a year and they really enjoy it. The swimming pools are nice and the atmosphere is quiet yet they do allow families to come enjoy the pools during the summer. I like the way the landscaping is done especially by the salt water pool. The banana plants and palm trees make me feel like I'm in some place tropical. I hope they replace the salt w they ter pool liner this year because it needs it really badly. That's about the only issue with these apartments.
